You do not have to withdraw any money and you must carry out the process even if you no longer have any credit on the Card or if your withdrawal limit has already been reached. The ATM might display a message saying that cash withdrawal is not possible. However, only by entering the PIN at the ATM will the Card be fully unblocked can then be used for payment again, provided there is credit.
