Payment options

We offer the most flexible non-cash benefits card: Within the set region, the givve® Card can be used at all Mastercard acceptance points. This means that every store in the region that accepts Mastercard also accepts the givve® Card - regardless of whether the retailer is a givve® partner.

The region includes a 2 zip code district and all immediately adjacent 2 zip code districts and can be set for each card.

Online payments are possible at online merchants with whom givve® has concluded a corresponding acceptance agreement and who have their registered office in the region set for the card.

A tax benefit that motivates

With the givve® non-cash benefit card, you can give your employees up to 50 euros per month, completely free of tax and social security contributions, in addition to their salary. Our example shows you the concrete advantage of the non-cash benefit compared to a traditional salary increase.

Good to know for non-cash benefits

  • For all employees: The tax-free benefit in kind applies to all employees, including mini-jobbers and trainees.
  • In addition to coffee & co.: The non-cash benefit can be granted in addition to gifts such as fruit, coffee or water, as these are not considered taxable wages.
  • Exemption limit: The exemption limit is €50 per month and employee. If this is exceeded, the entire amount is taxable.
  • In addition to salary: The non-cash benefit must be paid in addition to the salary owed anyway. Conversion is not possible.
  • Benefit in kind per employer: Employees with several employers (e.g. mini-jobbers) can receive the €50 non-cash benefit from each employer free of income tax and social security contributions.
